About The Event

A recent article in the Denver Post highlights that there is “no labor market in the country as tight as that of northeastern Colorado.  Colorado’s seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate dipped to 2.5% in December, a record low in a series going back to 1976.”  Companies are struggling with finding the right skills in the workforce that are necessary to grow.  For many companies, it not just about limiting growth but the lack of talent can lead to cutting back. Talent shortage and bad hiring represent a considerable cost for business owners in time, money, productivity and the potential to impact directly on customers and weaken employer branding, making future hiring more challenging.

It is more critical then ever that business leaders identify the right candidates in the marketplace, retain critical employees and develop talent across the internal workforce.

This seminar aims to remedy this situation by demonstrating how to create innovative workforce analytics and people strategies to attract, retain and develop.  Attendees will be equipped with the proven TMA Method that includes powerful workforce metrics and clearly identifies where their company’s investment in people is paying off and, more importantly, where it is falling short and why.
